„This was my favorite home rental of all time! The location could not be any better and it came with 2 parking spaces, which was wonderful when we had local friends visit us. The condo had every amenity we needed, was super spacious, and very clean. My only complaint was that the master bathroom's shower had very weak water pressure. Also, the larger bedroom facing Thames was warm even with the A/C running. The fans provided helped but the kids said they were hot at night. Even with these 2 ...

„Stay away! Our experience was awful and led to our immediate departure from the property. We checked in and found the assigned condo to be in an unacceptable, uninhabitable condition. The unit was run down, and we discovered significant cleanliness issues including pubic hair on the toilet and in the shower, mold around the shower tub drain and behind a toilet, unclean sinks, and badly stained kitchen chairs. The entire unit had a pervasive, awful damp and musty smell, and the furniture was old ...

"It was all very clean it is a bit outside the beautiful Newport but still doable the Pool Area is nice but the wifi was down Most of the Time and the bikes are not in best condition but it is still great they have them Overall I would recommend "

"Das Hotel liegt super zentral in New Shoreham, und nach hinten grenzt das Hotel direkt an einen Strand. Es gibt ein Restaurant, eine Beachbar und eine Frühstücksbar mit gutem Essen. Die Atmosphäre ist cool, die Einrichtung geschmackvol, modern, minimalistisch. Unser Zimmer hatte einen tollen Ausblick auf den Strand, war aber aber extrem klein (besonders bei einem Preis von über 700$ pro Nacht). Was sehr schade, aber auch sehr amerikanisch war: das Essen wurde in allen Bereichen, auch im Restaurant, auf Wegwerf-Geschirr präsentiert. "
