„Super nice onsen hotel in a traditional atmosphere. The staff were very polite and attentive. The rooms are spacious and the private onsen on the balcony is a definite highlight. The breakfasts are huge!“

„Nice property with great shuttle service“

Checkt unbedingt ...

„Beautiful peaceful stay. The staff was so sweet and supportive. The property was a dream!“

„Very clean and modern, in a great location for the Hakone loop. The beds are VERY uncomfortable- both the futons and the single beds which are soooo noisy it’s impossible to sleep because every time you breathe they creak. Apart from the very poor sleep, this place had everything you needed with a well stocked kitchen and nice bathroom.“

„An amazing house with great volume, vaulted ceilings, 4 bedrooms and a private onsen bath. The house was beautiful, perfectly located near all the exciting restaurants and sights around Hakone. A perfect place to spend a few days and I wish we had more time to truly enjoy it fully. Lots of windows, a beautiful garden, gorgeous interior with wood paneling everywhere and some rooms with traditional tatami mats. Highly recommend !“

„We followed all check-in instructions exactly as provided, but had no response from the host during the check-in process — nobody answered when we tried to reach them. Note that there are no nearby places/amenities, and you will need a car to get to this property. There was no communication from the host during our stay or at check-out either. The first we heard of any issue was after checkout, when the host raised a damage claim for something that appears to have pre-dated our stay, with no ...

„Sehr cooles Zimmer mit eigenem Onsen.“

„We were absolutely blown away by this wonderful hotel. We’ve stayed at many 5-star hotels around the world, but this one was by far our favorite. The service and food were exceptional, and every member of the staff was incredibly professional. Our time in Atami couldn’t have been better!“

„Alles Top“

„Loved loved loved! Wished I had booked this for the entire trip and probably will book again if I return. The home was thoughtfully curated and exactly as pictured. Very scenic drive and quiet neighborhood. Instructions were straightforward with check-in/route/guidelines and host was very responsive. Note: if you are using public transport and have more than a back pack, I suggest catching a ride from the drop off point to the home.“
