„In the past the hotel was a Novotel and belongs to Accor group. Therefor I expected a good standard. Unfortunately the hotel is very old, and the standard just so so. The food was not nice, after the disappointment with the breakfast i didn`t wanted to try dinner or room service. The staff is very friendly and helpful. This hotel needs a complete renovation to be again attractive. At the Moment i wouldn`t book this Hotel again or recommend to anybody.“

After about 20 hours way - big surprise, the hotel is on island "Batam" in Indonesia, means I had to take ferry and go there for abunt additional 1 hour, but first to spend a night at ferry harbor...
