„Has everything you need, very clean and comfortable family feeling to, will definitely be back!!“

„This was the worst stay i've ever had. We get there at 4pm (check in time) and the beds werent made, there were towels in the rooms and all over the bathroom. It obviously wasnt cleaned yet, so we left to go eat and at 4:50 the property manager calls and says the cleaning crew was running behind. Parking is very hard to come by after 4, so we get back at 5 and its pouring down rain and we try to get in and the cleaning crew is inside so we had to wait out in the rain with all of our stuff until ...

„We stayed for the month of June and fell in love with the place. The location was perfect and we highly recommend this townhome.“

„Wonderful condo. Super clean and awesome space. Super convenient location. We will definitely be back.“

„The condo was perfect. The screened porch was so peaceful. We saw owls, squirrels, and woodpeckers!I was concerned about the walk to the beach was a lot too far for some family members but we found out we could park close to the beach.“

„We had a great 10-day stay at Nicole's condo in Amelia Landing. Check-in, check-out and stay instructions on the property were very well communicated. The property was clean, well maintained and had several recent upgrades. The screened porch was a great plus and we were comfortable with all features of the property. The complex pool was very nice, clean and well-maintained. We plan to book again in 2027.“

„Clean well equipped condo. Convenient central Amelia Island location. Easy access to the beach, Fernandina Beach and Amelia Island Plantation area.“
