„Uncomplicated, friendly host who always responds within useful time. The house is well furnished, large rooms, very clean. The garden is large and offers shade. In about 35 minutes you can be at the beaches of Amelia Island. Shopping centers are nearby. Gladly again!“

„We enjoyed our stay at the Cason House. We were there for a wedding that was in Callahan. The location was perfect for us and close to everything in the Amelia Island area. We arrived three days before the wedding so we could explore the area. We had six people in our party and the house was very comfortable for all of us, including my 94 year old dad. Enjoyed sitting on the front porch having coffee every morning. Privacy was good as the house is the last one on a dead end street.“

„Good view! Clean beaches and quiet! Close to all needed resources. Elevator went out and wasn’t fixed before we left but otherwise great stay!“

„Location is so close to beach! Clean with a large living room area. Kitchen is large and great for cooking!! Loved the big window that opens to pool. Hot tub and pool were amazing for a big crowd. Our only issue was hot tub and pool were cold for two days even though we paid for heat. Great vacation!“

„Overall our stay was good. Location was great. Right on the beach over the dune with a private walk way. Close to restaurants/bars with live music and a convenience store, beach shops and rentals, mini golf and a kids playground all in walking distance. It is also just a short drive do the downtown with lots of shops and restaurants. The property is well prepared for guests and we'll stocked. It is clear the owner wants guests to enjoy their stay.
