This 2 bedroom apartment is nestled within a hidden drive, yet safely located & secured by surveillance cameras & electronic gate.

The apartment highlights a cozy, relaxed, and bright setup with a dedicated workspace.

A vehicle is also available for rental at a discounted rate.

At your pace and at your leisure, 108 has Everything you need to keep it Zen.
The space
Open concept kitchen, dining and living room with workspace nook.

Two bedrooms - the larger has a split ac unit and ceiling fan. The smaller bedroom has a powerful ceiling fan.
An air bed is available for additional guests.

Single spacious and bright bathroom with standing shower, and washing machine. A drying rack is available and external clothing line for heavier items.

Able to accommodate parents with a young child. Please advise if a car seat is required.
Guest access
Guests have access to the entire apartment.
Other things to note
Zen 108 has a vehicle - Nissan Juke (right hand drive) which is available for rent at our guest discounted rate of US$50 per day.

Please note, drivers must be aged 25 & over, with at least 2 years driving experience.

Drive on the Left side of the road, and you will need to get a driving permit depending on your licensed country. The permit cost is US$20.00

For assistance in securing a driver’s permit before your arrival, kindly send us a photo of your driver license (all information remains confidential and is deleted once your permit is issued).
