„Tolle Lage, Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, alles sehr sauber und Frühstück ok. Gerne wieder “

Unzumutbar !!! “

„Big Room and nice staff “

„Good value for money hotel. Wasn’t more or less than expected. Front of house staff however were surprisingly unfriendly.“

„I give Sanrai two thumbs up, very comfortable with modern amenities, very cozy indeed. I was particularly impressed with how quickly management responded to questions or any messages I sent requesting assistance. Staff was very helpful from booking to check out. This property is highly recomended.“

„We stayed at this hotel for two nights and it was nice and very centrally located in Rodney Bay. We had a very good breakfast buffet in the nearby sisterhotel. We enjoyed our short stay. “

„The restaurants on the property are the best kept places! The staff gave a lot of incorrect information, the supervisor Omega is extremely rude and nasty…don’t know how to speak to people respectfully! Kayshia was extremely polite, helpful, apologetic and truly goes above and beyond…all the staff with the exception of 1 was very friendly. Housekeeping was supposed to clean my room daily, it was never cleaned in 5 days! I was supposed to have 2 butlers, I had one part time butler…when Kayshia was ...

„The property is currently being renovated, many empty rooms/suites because of this but it's AWESOME! Sharing such a large gorgeous space with so few people was amazing, I booked 2 extra nights because of how quiet & peaceful it was there. The value is undeniable. Staff is friendly & helpful. There was definitely rowdy behavior in the common areas on the weekend but if you don't expect that now in the Caribbean idk what to tell you. It's the perfect balance!“

„Clean. Exactly as pictured. AC in both bedroom and living room. “

„Tolles zimmer, tolle anlage“

„nice hoster, but it was far away from city“

„It was great thanks “
