Welcome to Buckhorn Escape, a cozy mobile home tucked away on the northern side of Greenville.

We are excellently located for exploring the upstate as we are:
1 mile from Paris Mountain State Park
15 minutes from Downtown Greenville
15 minutes from Downtown Traveler's Rest

Our home features three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a rec room with a ping pong table, and both front and back porches for you to enjoy.

Welcome to Buckhorn Escape-- your next home away from home! Read on to see what you can expect from the space, and feel free to also reference our floor plan for more information.

As mentioned above, this is a mobile home, and does have some quirks and such in keeping with most mobile homes. We also want to be clear that we do not have a dishwasher at this time.

Buckhorn Escape is on several acres, sharing a 4 acre lot with the home next door. The home has its own gravel driveway, leading to a carport where guests are welcome to park.

The front deck features two chairs for guests to enjoy a morning cup of coffee.

Upon entering the home, guests will find themselves in an open living area. We have a welcome table with a local guidebook and information on the home, and then, a cozy living room featuring a large sectional sofa, bay windows, and an armchair.

The TV (not pictured) is mounted above the mantle of the fireplace (not operational), and is a 43in smart TV that guests can use to log in to their own streaming services. We do not offer cable at this property.

The living area opens into the dining area, where we have seating for 4 at our table, and additional seating for 3 at the kitchen peninsula.

Our kitchen features a stove, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, and all you will need to whip up a delicious meal. Please note, there is not a dishwasher in the kitchen. Directly off of the kitchen is our laundry room, which has a washer and dryer for your use.

At the back of the home, behind the kitchen, is a "sun room" of sorts, featuring sliding doors on all sides. This room has our ping pong table, as well as a bar-top and seating for 2, making it a great rec room!

One of the side doors leads out to the carport and another to a deck on the side, which has a patio sofa, 2 chairs, and a coffee table, providing another cozy getaway spot to spend with those you love.

Finally, we have three bedrooms, in a split floor plan style.

On one side of the home is our spacious Master bedroom which has a King bed, two nightstands and reading lamps, dresser, closet, and a Smart TV.

The en-suite bathroom features a single vanity, toilet, and large tub/shower combination.

On the other side of the home, you will find the Twin and Queen rooms.

The twin room features two twin beds, a closet with hangers, a nightstand, and table lamp.

The Queen room features a Queen bed, nightstand and lamp, dresser, and closet.

These two rooms share the hall bathroom, which features a single vanity, toilet, and tub/shower combination.

Pets are welcome with a one-time pet fee, which is charged during or after booking.

Guests have access to the entire property save one of the 2 King bedroom closets and the hall closet, which we use for storing supplies.
Smoking is permitted outside, provided all doors and windows are closed and butts are disposed of in a safe manner.
Smoking indoors or leaving buds in the yard is prohibited and will incur a $250 fine.
Please do not tamper with the wifi router, smart lock, or ring camera.
