„We booked this property due to its proximity to our daughter who lives in the area and the fact that it allowed dogs. The location was great - we could get downtown quickly and easily. It is on a busy road, but that did not bother us. The fenced backyard is great and the screened in porch is wonderful. Landon was a cordial host (and we appreciated his coffee cup humor). The home does need some TLC - the transition piece from kitchen to living area was broken and a tripping hazard, some blinds ...

„Overall, great location close to downtown Greenville. Clean nice decor. But I did have some problems with the available amenities. Soap was available in one of the full bath, but not the other. Additionally, there was an issue with improperly secured wall decor in the guestroom. In the kitchen, there were only three spoons. For a place of this size needs at least a full set. Also, no oven mitts. Water filter on the fridge needed changing.Overall, wish that amenities had been better available ...
