Hotels Cliff Ridge Colony

„Sauberes Zimmer, ordentliches Frühstück, guter Kaffee. Sehr nettes Personal und eine einladende Lobby zum Verweilen.“

„Definitely a great location if you like being in nature, and staff were helpful, however there were multiple issues with this stay. The main one being mold all over the ceiling. The second being there is no TV, no room phone, and the walls are paper thin. We were up all night because we could hear our neighbors entire conversation like they were in the same room as us.“

„Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Was uns gestört hat, war, dass sich keine Fenster öffnen ließen und das die Klimaanlage und der Kühlschrank nachts sehr laut waren. Es fehlten noch gemütliche Sitzmöglichkeiten draußen am Hotel, wo man beispielsweise noch einen schönen Abend genießen kann.“

„The room was large, clean and tidy and didn't smell of smoke (unlike a previous nonsmoking room at a different hotel chain!). There was a fridge, microwave, Keurig coffee maker and TV (with movie channels). Take your own plates/cups/cutlery if using microwave. We couldn't hear anything from adjacent rooms and it was nice and quiet apart from a noisy fridge. Staff were friendly and helpful and there was plentiful parking. We parked at the back so we could access the car via the fire exit ...

„Gut und gepflegt“

„Breakfast.“

„Clean and beautiful property nestled in the mountains. Quick and easy check in. The Hotel is over 100 years old so the floors are very creaky and the walls are paper thin and non insulated so you can hear conversations of everyone in the next room. The toilet clogged up and we didn’t even use it and started running all over the floor. Breakfast was ok for a continental breakfast but nothing special. Overall would stay again for 1 or two nights at most though while visiting that area.“

„SERVICIO Y ATENCION DE CALIDAD, LA COMIDA DEL RESTAURANTE MUY RICA. LIMPIEZA DE LAS HABITACIONES, INSTALACIONES, PISCINA EN GENERAL UN ESTABLECIMIENTO MUY REFINADO QUE TE HACEN SENTIR EN CASA. PRECIO VALOR EXCELENTE.“

„Es roch muffig, feucht, im Bad war Schimmel an der Decke. Vieles müsste erneuert werden, ansonsten war es sauber. Die Mitarbeiter waren freundlich und hilfsbereit. Frühstück ist ok. “

„The room was moldy near the AC vent. the bathroom sink faucet spigot was barely over the sink bowl making it almost impossible to wash your hands. The door was missing the seal around it so we could every little noise in the hallway. I’m surprised Hilton would allow their name to be on the property.“

„An absolutely charming stay in every respect. The afternoon service was a pleasant and tasteful surprise. The breakfast was excellent, better than the $20-per-person breakfast we had two weeks earlier at the DoubleTree hotel in Raleigh.“

„Nice property! As a solo traveler I would stay here again.“

„The staff were professional, friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this hotel.“

„First class in every way Much better than a hotel or bed and breakfast“

„We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Henderson! This was our first time traveling with our baby, and Jeanne and Michael were so accommodating!! The food was delicious and it honestly felt like staying with loving family members. If you need an escape that feels like home away from home, The Henderson is the place.“
