„The staff was friendly and accommodating. The room was clean. The flooring has been replaced recently. The wall are rather thin and we could hear everything that was being talked about in the adjoining rooms and outside. Luckily, the other guests weren’t up too late as to keep us awake. “

„The hospitality of the staff especially Ginny the owner of this fine establishment was very helpful and were great to chat with regarding the region of the Adirondacks. Let me not forget to mention the rooms are cozy, impeccable and lovely decorated by Ginny who is true artist. I do plan on visiting this area of the Adirondacks again and the Balsams will be base camp when exploring this beautiful area. “

„The Lazy Bear Lodge was perfect for my group of friends as we had my bachelor party here! There was plenty of space to fit all 8 of us comfortably and it had two ideal entertaining set ups in the family room and bed room. „My fiancé and I found this booking on the lake and are so glad we did! Tory and Chandler at check in were amazing and so accommodating! They made us feel welcomed and helped us with our guests parking. Our cabin was 10/10 on the cleanliness scale with a full kitchen, two bedrooms and an enclosed porch! We got married right on the beach with family and friends who also felt very welcome and comfortable. „Cozy and convenient to Gore. “

„Stayed here for a ski trip with a couple other families, the space worked great for our group. The rooms were clean, the dining room had enough seating for our party of 4 families, and the great room was spacious yet felt cozy.The heat worked great even on a frigid night(3F overnight). Doug, the host, was very responsive. Would definitely stay there again if booking house in the area. “

They accommodated our every request and they communicated with us in an extremely prompt and warm manner.
