„Excellent customer services. I had an issue with reservation in which confirmation made through expedia did not transfer data to the hotel due to a glitch in the system. The assistant general manager,Max, and The receptionist, Marj, spent so much time resolving the problem. They are wonderful! I really appreciate their help!“

„The staff is friendly, and the suites are spacious and adequately equippped. A room cleaning was arranged after two days, although NO such cleaning had been scheduled (for a four-day stay). Unfortunately, breakfast is served on paper plates, with plastic utensils. The food was adequate, but the eggs are probably powdered. Given the relatively low price, the service was sufficient.“

„This was our first time staying at a Homewood Suites by Hilton and I think it may be our new favorite hotel! First of all, easy and free parking, check in was a breeze and the hotel smelled clean. Not in an overwhelming "bleachey" kind of way, just an overall clean smell. Our room was spacious with a firm mattress (which we love) and a spacious shower with fantastic water pressure. „Clean rooms and nice breakfast. Housekeeping did not come in my room at all the 3 days I was there. There was a kids soccer team there first 2 nights. They were running up and down the halls knocking on doors and making noise. Lots of lobby noice d/t them too.“

„Sehr freundlicher, netter Empfang. Dauerte länger, da Expedia Deutschland das mit unserer Reservierung verbummelt hat. Der Herr am Empfang gab sich grosse Mühe, alles zu regeln. Und das Nachts um 10. Zimmer hatten eine schöne Grösse und waren sauber. Das Frühstück war sehr lecker, schöne Auswahl. Die "Grand Lady" war bezaubernd. Sehr zu empfehlen “

„Nachmittags gibt es ein wechselndes Buffet - wird ständig nachgefüllt. Frühstücksbuffet ist gut, auch hier wird regelmäßig nachgefüllt. Büffetbereich ist zu klein, Sitzplätze sind sehr knapp. Zum Zeitpunkt unseres Aufenthaltes waren viele Familien im Hotel, entsprechend unruhig war es am Buffet. Personal war aber sehr bemüht.“

"The hotel room was clean. The bathroom however desperately needs to be renovated, it is simply too old and although it is clean, it appears to be dirty. The rooms do not have a microwave, which should be updated. The personnel is very friendly and I recommend booking a room."
