„Breakfast and evening kickback was a nice treat!“

„The staff were great very helpful my room key stopped working and they were very quick to fix it. I also called the front desk a couple times with some questions and they always helped me. The breakfast was always great and i could control the rooms temperature with ease. My only complaint was that my bathroom ceiling had mold on it in hindsight I probably should've asked them to move me but since I was rarely in the room( I was just using it to sleep) and I had already unpacked and put ...

„I love that it was pet friendly!“

„Friendly staff!“

„We booked a two queen bed room for the night of October 25th. The staff is more than friendly and they are open for comments and advices to improve.“

The location is also fantastic, with downtown Lowell and its restaurants and dining options just a short walk away. It was so convenient to be able to explore the area without needing to drive. Overall, the ...

„Really clean and nice hotel. Would definitely stay again“

„Alles Bestens “

„TV placement in our room was very inappropriate. It sticks out into the walkway between the hall and bathroom.“

„Check delayed by an hour due to computer problems and no available managers to fix them. Pre-packed breakfasts mediocre. But, staff were pleasant and tried their best to take us comfortable.“
