The living area includes cable TV, WiFi and a queen sleeper sofa for additional sleeping space.

The cottage sleeps a maximum of 5 guests. The first bedroom has a queen bed, the second bedroom has a double bed, and the living room has a queen sleeper sofa. There is one updated bathroom with a shower stall only and no bathtub.

Step outside and enjoy waterfront living on Shellcamp Pond. Bring a small boat and dock it right at the property or use the two single kayaks and canoe provided to explore the pond. Guests also have access to a shared association beach just a short walk away for swimming and relaxing by the water.
