„Beautiful, very clean and well kept home, we were 10 people, beds are very comfortable, it was rainy weekend but the jacuzzi came in handy for the teens along with the Pac-man arcade and foosball table, very close and walkable to Meredith Center where all the action is. Plenty of parking and a big beautiful yard. Mark was a great host and corresponded quickly if needed. Hope to stay here again!“

„Great spot, great doc, great everything. It was a little small. but still nice. The only thing that it lacked was a couple of AC units because it gets very hot if it is a hot humid day especially upstairs in the loft.“

„The owner was able to make accommodations for our stay and they were very straight forward with instructions and communications. I would recommend if you’re looking for a calm get away in a nice area!“

„The boat was just as pictured but the views of the fall foliage were even better than imagined. It was like glamping on the water. Perfectly situated near all the attractions of Laconia and Meredith, walking distance to several great establishments. Property manager extremely friendly and helpful I was pleasantly surprised that pool and hot tub were still open this late in the season. We would definitely come back“

„Great location for us. We are going to a Camp Kabeyun reunion and it was very convenient. There was some cleanliness issues with crumbs and such but overall the property was great.“

„We stayed there for Laconia weekend 2024. 4 couples were very comfortable. The street up to a certain part to get to location is paved then dirt. The driveway dirt and rocks which is rough especially for motorcycle. Owner allowed easy early check in and we were able to park motorcycles in garage which was awesome. „Location is very convenient - grocery within a 10 min ride, easy access to the Lake, dining, and popular Winnipesaukee villages around the lake. The amenities were generous - including towels and linens at the location, travel shampoo/condition/soaps available, fully stocked kitchen with dish soap and other kitchen tools available. „We had an amazing stay at this property. The house was clean and spacious, providing plenty of room for us. It was perfect for our family, and we felt right at home. „The house smelled horrible; it seems to have a mold problem. Couches were dirty, and the temperature was set to 50 degrees. It took the house two hours to warm up. Limited blankets; we could only find one. We walked downstairs and discovered three unmade bunk beds and a refrigerator full of food. We wondered if people were living there. The stairs only lock from the basement side and there is a door leading to the outside, so that did not feel very secure. I would not recommend this ...

"We got no room with Lake View. The room looks very old disign, bit the bathroom was new and clean. The Beds are absolutely not confortable. The walls of the rooms are really thin, we could hear every word our neighbour said the whole night. So we got no sleep. No breakfast included, you can get breakfast at the restaurant, the reception woman told us we will get a discount, but we got no discount."
