The house is minutes walking distance to Weirs beach bars and the direct oceanfront living was great for the 4th of July holiday weekend! We loved time by the pool, the guys enjoyed cornhole, and we loved the staff at the poolside tiki bar! Only inconvenience was the need to bring your own sheets blankets pillows—made packing a bit more strenuous. Would still come back, despite! Thanks again, Kurt & Sarah!“

„Everything was great except for the pull out sofa but those things are never comfortable. Great f at pot, great location for boating and seeing a show at Bank of NH Pavillion. “

„This property was pretty much perfect, everything we wanted was right there. From kitchen utensils to make Sunday morning pancakes, to readily available wood for the fire pit. Every need was anticipated. The lake was serene. We enjoyed dining on the back deck and viewing the beautiful sunsets. Even the corgis enjoyed swimming off the dock. Would definitely go back. “

„It's an older place which is expected in that location, but everything was very clean and nice and it was equipped with everything we needed. Easy walk to Weirs beach and pier and we could see the fireworks from the back porch. We went to a concert at NH Bank Pavilion the first night and our host recommended the Bar Hoppah for transportation which was ideal. Would definitely go back.“

„My family of 3 loved this rental, as it was stocked with everything you need and in a great location. With the private dock, my family fished morning and night and we were so close to everything. We rented a pontoon boat for the day which was right near us, went to many great restaurants nearby. There was coffee, towels, Linens, kayaks, and it was very clean. Communication with the owner was excellent, and was super easy process, would stay again! “

"We got no room with Lake View. The room looks very old disign, bit the bathroom was new and clean. The Beds are absolutely not confortable. The walls of the rooms are really thin, we could hear every word our neighbour said the whole night. So we got no sleep. No breakfast included, you can get breakfast at the restaurant, the reception woman told us we will get a discount, but we got no discount."
