„The unit was very nice - clean, well furnished with plenty of room. Wish the weather had been a little nicer, but it's spring! The unit is on the ground floor so we found the floors to be extremely cold. Some area rugs might be a nice touch! There are no outlets in the bathrooms, so that was a little inconvenient. Overall, we enjoyed our time in Laconia and the accommodations were fine. “

The driveway dirt and rocks which is rough especially for motorcycle. Owner allowed easy early check in and we were able to park motorcycles in garage which was awesome. „Our family was delighted to find this beautiful house to use as home-base while in Laconia for a Celebration of Life. Family members came from the East and West Coast and in between. It was important to have a large enough space that we could all gather together to visit and eat, but also have space enough for folks to have time for themselves as needed. „The boat was just as pictured but the views of the fall foliage were even better than imagined. It was like glamping on the water. Perfectly situated near all the attractions of Laconia and Meredith, walking distance to several great establishments. „This was a comfortable condo with good amenities. There is a very cramped space identified as a balcony (2 chairs) and no lake view. There are also many (more then 40) steps that you need to manage to get from the parking to the entrance to the condo building, then the condo located on the second floor of the building. This is very challenging for anyone with mobility concerns or carrying luggage, etc. and there was no mention in the write-up. “

"We got no room with Lake View. The room looks very old disign, bit the bathroom was new and clean. The Beds are absolutely not confortable. The walls of the rooms are really thin, we could hear every word our neighbour said the whole night. So we got no sleep. No breakfast included, you can get breakfast at the restaurant, the reception woman told us we will get a discount, but we got no discount."
