„Just as described, the beautiful restoration was secluded and quiet and close to Concord and Contoocook. We stocked up on local farm goods at the nearby Dimond Hill Farm. The house was well stocked in linens and the kitchen, and activity shed. We even had a cute baby porcupine grazing nearby as we had some morning coffee by the fire pit.“

„Lisa is a spectacular host and her property was gorgeous! My boyfriend, pup and I had a quiet, relaxing getaway from our busy lives. We walked the neighborhood and enjoyed the views of the pond. I wish we had stayed longer, but we would definitely come back! Thank you again!! 😊“

„A friend and I booked this house fairly last minute for a Memorial Day trip with our kids - we’re so glad we did! The house is super clean, comfortable and well-stocked with everything from beach towels to cleaning supplies to kitchen spices, making everything so easy. We were so “busy” hanging on the deck, playing ping pong and enjoying the lake we didn’t have time to use the kayaks but it was so great that they were available. „We had the pleasure of staying the week at Vasha. The property is beautiful and well maintained. We’ve stayed in dozens of rentals across the US, and this one was definitely the best stocked! Maggie & Kyle were so generous and had excellent communication. The property is so close to everything you would want to experience in NH. Our family (and golden doodle!) enjoyed our time immensely. The beds are fantastic and the views are one of a kind. We look forward to coming back already!“

„We really enjoyed our stay at the lake house. It was great that we could walk across the street to the beach and enjoy the amenities of the Akwa Marina and Beach Club. The house was set up well and had AC throughout. We would definitely stay there again as it had a New England rustic charm.“

„We loved our stay. It has the relaxed, welcoming vibe of a vintage lake cottage. The waterfront is isolated from neighbors which we and our dog enjoyed. The porch is huge and is where we spent most of our time. Views are great. Louis came by to put one of the docks in early for us-- and allowed us to extend at the last minute. He was a great host. We'd come again.“

„We had such a great stay! The house was great and had such great views and beach access. The neighborhood was great and everyone was very friendly. We had to contact the host for one thing and he was very responsive. Would highly recommend!“

„Friends and I booked the house for the weekend. We went to see Hank Williams Jr at the pavilion 3 miles down the road. Great location to wander around and enjoy! House was very clean had everything we needed. The only bad thing was we wanted a ride to the show so we wouldn't have to worry about driving. It was a busy night for rides understandably but it seemed the Uber/Lift/Taxi companies are definitely struggling out there. Took us over an hour to finally get a taxi ride there... 3 miles= $70 ...

„Outdoor deck was not safe especially the steps leading to deck. The house was clean and exactly as it appeared on site. Not enough towels or toilet paper for 7 people. We had to run out and purchase toilet paper, only 2 already opened rolls were at property. Overall a beautiful place and neighborhood. Would definitely stay again.“

„This home was the perfect place for my family. My 5 grandchildren had plenty of room to play and relax in. It was wonderful to find so many games, puzzles, and books for everyone. The kitchen had everything needed for meal preparation. We found the house to be quite clean and comfortable for the 10 of us. So happy that we chose this home for our long weekend.“
