Smoky Vista Resort is comprised of two beautifully renovated homes. Smoky Vista Retreat and Smoky Vista Lodge.
When you pull up into the level driveway with ample space for parking you will see Smoky Vista Retreat directly in front of you. Smoky Vista Retreat is a 6 bedroom, 6 bathroom home with ample decking and space to be enjoyed by all. It has a lower level exterior entry only double king suite with a shared convenience center that includes a mini fridge and coffee bar. Just a few steps from the entry of the lower level you will find the brand new, covered hot tub with a bar and seating for 2. Inside on the main level you will find the fully equipped kitchen with brand new stainless steel appliances, the large dining & living area, a bathroom nestled at the end of the hall, a master suite with bathroom and a king bedroom. Just a short climb up the stairs to the top floor you will find the laundry room, another king master suite, the large game room with an electric fireplace equipped with a pool table, a multicade and enough TV’s to catch all the game day feats, another full bathroom and the bunk room which house two sets of twin bunk beds. There is also a deck with an outdoor firepit to enjoy a libation around during half time.

Next is the incredibly restored Smoky Vista Lodge. This home is spectacular to say the least. It is a 6 bedroom, 6 bathroom home with 3 stories featuring exposed wood beams, restored original brick flooring in the game room and so much decking to enjoy the endless views of the Great Smoky Mountains. Walking in the front door of the lodge you will be greeted with beautiful views just through the sitting room glass doors. To the left you will find the dining room with ample seating for the whole crew, the modern mountain home kitchen equipped with everything you will need to prepare meals, just off the dining room there is a huge dining deck equipped with 5 large resin picnic tables and a gas grill. Back inside on the main level you will find a king bedroom with electric fireplace and doors to the deck, a full bathroom, a sitting area in front of the fireplace as well as a sitting area in front of the tv. Upstairs you will find two king bedrooms with electric fireplaces and a jack and jill bathroom both having access to the deck facing the driveway. Just down the catwalk you will find the Rolls Royce of Master Suites with a sitting area with a sleeper sofa, a reading area, a beautiful walk in shower, and a private deck on each side of the room, one with an impeccable view of the mountains. Head down to the bottom level to find another king suite with electric fireplace and mountain views just off the gameroom with an electric fireplace equipped with shuffleboard, a pool table, a poker table, multicade and enough TV’s to catch all the game day goodness. You will also find the laundry room on this floor, a full bathroom and the bunkroom equipped with two sets of twin bunk beds.
