Our family was disappointed. No response from numerous emails. Dust everywhere, dirty floors, carpet in kitchen was a joke, it states fullystock kitchen that's not true. Driveway is ridiculous, extremely steep, van lost traction every time leaving. No view at all as stated. Hot tub had only 5 working jets, mold on shower heads, the shower on the top floor leaks in to the 2nd floor bathroom, dishwasher is trash, dirt and food on plates, cups and glasses in the cabinets. we called they said they had done a temporary fix on shower on top floor before and it must be going bad. We asked them to come fix it or do another temp. fix on it and she said her husband has covid and they couldn't do anything. I asked if someone else could be sent and she said no. Also she informed us that the owners would be coming up this week after we left. I hope they invest in this place and fix things properly. But looking at the reviews this crap has been going on for a while. Don't waste your money. These people don't care about this cabin and it shows. No supplies or broom or mop so I couldn't even clean myself. Not enough seating in living room to accommodate our 9 person family and it states it is for up to 15 people. Only 6 people could sit in living room at a time. 1 oven mit and 2 pot holder that was so old my daughter git burnt through the pot holder. We will never use Hemlock Hills Resort Rentals EVER AGAIN. We recommend you Don't either. Lady on the phone very rude and no help. It also states that if you need anything to call or email Shirley, Brady, Cody, and Jennifer don't bother they still have not answered our emails. So I wonder why one of these 4 couldn't come fix the shower. We thought yes they have some bad reviews but we thought maybe that they had fixed the issues or that maybe people just didn't write good reviews because they had a good time and didn't think about it. Well don't be fooled. Like us. JUST DON'T!
