Little Green Cabin is a picturesque true Big Mountain experience, located up Ski Mountain in classic downtown Gatlinburg Chalet Village!

With a MONSTER view of Mt Leconte and just minutes down the mountain to downtown Gatlinburg, the National Park entrance with world class hiking, and less than 1 mile from Ober Mountain Amusement park and Ski Slope!

Note: May 2025 : Extensive tree maintenance to open up our now all-year round MONSTER view!

Bear sightings are a normal occurrence! Seasonal access to 3 club houses! The BEST Mountain experience Gatlinburg has to offer, in our opinion of course!

Our A-Frame cabin is 1800 sq ft and includes 3 levels to enjoy, including a wrap around deck , propane gas fire pit, and hot tub. Wake up to the sun rising and MONSTER mountain view of Mt Leconte out of our wall of windows and vaulted ceiling!

Home is located in a private, and peaceful natural setting. In Chalet Village, we do have neighbors. Lots around us are approximately ⅓ of an acre. Please respect our neighbors and everyone will have a good time and create memories for a lifetime!

➜ You will likely see and hear animals, critters and insects. Bears are frequently seen at the cabin and in Chalet Village. Please follow bear safety guidelines*

➜ No Refunds for weather, power outages, or other incidents outside of our control. We do recommend our guests consider trip insurance.

➜ We have stocked the cabin with many items including start-up supplies. However, you will likely need to supplement with your own during your stay. We appreciate that our guests take good care of the home we have set up, and we do ask that you use only what you need during your stay.
