One of the most beautiful properties in which we have ever stayed, that is poorly poorly mismanaged. The security system control box beeped once per minute as soon as we checked in. We called the management company, which was very easy to communicate with, and they sent a maintenance man to take care of it while we were out for dinner. We came back. It was still beeping so we did not sleep well that night, think of a smoke detector needing batteries. The next morning we called back and were told the maintenance man was there 15 minutes and never heard it. Either the maintenance man was lying or he was deaf, but they made it sound like we were lying. That is no good. He came back out and was not able to turn it all the way off, but he did turn the volume down to such a level that it was no longer an issue.
We did not know there was a Keurig K cup coffee maker or we would have brought the cups, we knew there was a drip brew coffee maker, so we brought everything for that, but the coffee maker was missing a part we did not know about, and as a result, the coffee maker vomited Both times we tried to make coffee with it. We went and bought the K cups, and it was not a problem, however, when we called to report the problem with the coffee maker, we were told again kind of like we were lying, or we didn’t know how to make coffee, because no one in the history of that property I’ve ever had a problem with the coffee maker.I’m a retired police officer and marine and have made coffee.
