Inside, vaulted ceilings and oversized windows keep the main living space open and bright, and the stone fireplace anchors it with the kind of warmth you plan an evening around. Five bedrooms and five baths mean every room gets its own, so nobody's waiting in a hallway with a towel over their shoulder. The kitchen has the space to cook properly, whether that's trail-day sandwiches or a full dinner for the group, and the loft above is the house's best seat when snow starts falling. A pool table covers the competitive hours, and the rest take care of themselves.

Fifteen minutes puts you in Pigeon Forge or downtown Gatlinburg, close enough for Dollywood, the strip, and a dinner out, far enough that the nights stay quiet. Come for the hiking, the views, or no reason at all. Hollow's Haven makes any version of a Smokies trip feel like the right one.

Home Truths:
- This home allows up to 2 pets weighing 50lbs each for a fee. Undisclosed pets brought without AvantStay’s approval may result in a $500 fine per pet.
- Gas fireplaces are turned off from April 15 to October 15 for the summer season.
- Please have a 4WD or AWD vehicle and carry chains only during heavy snowfall in the winter months. Driveways or roads leading to the property can be steep and will require these.
- Please note that this home has a steep and narrow driveway that could be difficult to manage in heavy rain or snow.
- Please note our occupancy includes an additional two beyond bed count.

Parking Details:
- The driveway can fit up to 3 cars, but it can be tight with larger vehicles or trucks — please plan accordingly if traveling with an SUV or truck.

Driveway & Safety:
- Please note: the driveway to this home is narrow and steep, with no turnaround area. Vehicles must back in or out. A rope fence runs along the driveway edge rather than a solid barrier — please use caution when navigating the driveway. We recommend reviewing the driveway photos before booking to ensure it's a good fit for your group.

This home comes with a pack n' play travel crib and a high chair available.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.

There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.

As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we can not always enforce. We strongly advise guests to please deny access if any vendors fail to meet and adhere to these standards.
