My family and I absolutely loved our stay at this cabin. It had everything you could want—games, a theater, hot tub, fire pit, grills, and an indoor heated pool. The space was perfect for our family, with plenty of room for everyone to spread out and still feel comfortable. Swimming in the heated pool while watching the snow fall outside was easily one of the highlights of our trip.

Great cabin!

We had 8 adults and one teen with us for our trip and the cabin was awesome! We thoroughly enjoyed all of the amenities but especially the pool and hot tub.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We rented this Lodge for birthday celebrations and the love of Gatlinburg. We were not disappointed! The amenities were wonderful and relaxing for the entire gang. There is something for everyone and space to get away when needed. The few small issues (the air hockey plug was broke prior to arrival, and the need for sheets, a broken rocker) were dealt with expeditiously and professionally. It's situated in a nice community and near everything. A little bar and a wonderful cinnamon roll place in the village! I would stay here again and recommend that you do as well.

1st Time to Gatlinburg

Beautiful accommodations. Great location. Easy access to grocery and featured attractions. Pool was fantastic for the kids in our group. Management responsive in a timely manner and took care of our needs immediately. Don’t even think twice about booking Lumberjack Lodge. Far exceeded our expectation.

Perfect!

The house was huge with a lot of space! It wasn't too far from Gatlinburg or Pigeon Forge. I loved that we weren't right in town and that the resort community made it easy and comfortable to run the "loop" and let the kids hang out front throwing baseballs and riding bikes without worry!

Great for large families. Has a small pool, hot tub, game room and theater room. When we weren’t out exploring or enjoying activities the kids and adults enjoyed being at the house. The location was great as well. We rode several mountain coasters, explored downtown Gatlinburg, visited Dollywood and hiked up a mountain to a waterfall.The house was clean but could have been vacuumed a little better. We moved the coffee table to play a card game and there was all kinds of trash under it. I also found an envelope for tips which to me was totally out of line since we were not being provided a service. Everything was included in the price of the house. Needless to say they did not receive an additional tip. We weren’t staying at a hotel or resort where our room was made everyday.All in all I would recommend the house for large families.

Nice cabin and plenty of room. Kids enjoyed the pool. The cleanliness of the cabin is not great. The bed sheets had hair and eyelashes on them. Dishes and spatulas had food still on them. The office handled it well and sent clean sheets.

The floors flexed and made noise a little when people would walk on the floors above you but we got used to it. You are a little bit out of Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg but that’s what we wanted. The road to the cabins is a small two lane road with hardly no traffic. Overall nice big cabin with great pool and hot tub.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great visit at lumberjack cabin. It is in a great location ! Not far from Gatlinburg and about 30 minutes from pigeon forge. The beds are very comfy, plenty of room for your whole family to stretch out or hang together ! The only things I would change extra heater in bottom floor( we did everything they suggested but was still very cold) nicer bath towels and a different shower head or glass doors on shower upstairs very hard to keep all the water off the floor !

We would NOT reserve this cabin again for two reasons: 1) every door and all the floors creaked loudly and 2) the kitchen was not well appointed with enough coffee cups, dishes, pots and pans or utensils.You would think the cleaning crew would have reported that the doors needed to be "oiled" and the floors were exceptionally creaky.

We enjoyed using the hot tub. The kids loved the pool. The outdoor deck with a TV was perfect for relaxing and watching football. The location was also great and a short drive to downtown gatlinburg. I would stay here again and recommend to others.

The additional of pool, fire ring, grill, TV and extra decking made for that additional space to spread the family out on the property.
