"We liked the hotel's excellent location; shops and restaurants are just a few minutes away. There was also security personnel. We also liked the gym and the rooftop terrace. We didn't use the restaurant or bar, so we can't comment on those. What we didn't like about our 8-day stay was that we were never greeted by the receptionist, and eye contact was also strictly avoided, which we found very unfriendly. The security personnel sometimes greeted us, sometimes not; the cleaning staff always greeted us and were very friendly. The gym is small; there were no towels on four days, and one day there was no water. We won't be visiting the Novotel in Bogota again. In our opinion, anyone who makes their guests feel unwelcome doesn't deserve to have guests."

"Super Lage in Flughafen Nähe. Sauber, toller Service im Hotel wie im Restaurant. Essen war exzellent. Auch die Hotelbar ist sehr empfehlenswert (bester Pisco Sour!). Zimmer war sehr komfortabel und über kleine Bauarbeiten wurde informiert. Flughafen Shuttel war zuverlässig und ebenfalls sehr zuvorkommend. Spa war eigentlich super, allerdings sieht man vom Fitnessraum in die Sauna, was etwas ungemütlich ist. Ich würde sofort wieder kommen. "
