„Ich war beruflich unterwegs und fand alles dafür Erforderliche vor: ein nicht sehr großes, aber modern möbliertes, farblich gut abgestimmtes Zimmer (mit prächtigem Blick über die Stadt); ein ausreichend abwechslungsreiches Frühstück; eine exzellente Internetverbindung. Kein überflüssiger Luxus, jedoch top-sauber, freundliches Personal. Würde das Hotel wieder buchen.“

„Arrived at 02h00 in the morning and the requested Pick-up was not there. Arrived in the hotel, the room was not Ready (at two o´clock in the morning!!!). I had to wait 30 minutes. The guy didn´t care about.. .The fact that the Hotel was already Paid (confirmation with me), I had to pay the full rate again. The guy seemed to be amused.
