„Unfreundlicher Check-Inn!!!! Nachdem wir morgens unser Gepäck in der Lodge abgegeben hatten, kamen wir um 14.50 Uhr vollkommen durchnässt und frierend (nach Radfahrtour zum Vail-Pass mit Gewitterschauern und Absinken der Temperatur nahe 0 Grad!) im Hotel an, wo uns nur mitgeteilt wurde, dass Check-Inn Time um 16 Uhr sei, wir mussten uns in einem Meeting- Room umziehen! Niemand außer uns checkte ein und ich glaube nicht, dass das Zimmer um 15 Uhr noch nicht fertig war!!! Von so einem Hotel ...

„We enjoyed our stay and the location was great! Loved that there was an area for overflow parking. Easy to walk to Main Street restaurants and shops. Only downfall was cleanliness of the property- we found a used soap bar in the shower, hairs on the bathroom floor, goldfish snacks behind the headboard, a used water bottle on the ground behind bedroom curtain, and makeup stains on the bedsheet. I would love to stay here again for the location but would like a thorough cleaning service prior to ...

„Pictures on the internet make the condo look newer than in person. Realty is the condo is dated. Although it had an odd smell the management made efforts to help take care of it. Shower drain cover was in need of repair. On a positive note the shower water pressure was tremendous and easy to use. Pool was a bit further away than described… but once there was very accommodating. King bed was very comfortable with plenty of closet & dresser space. Location was highly desired ..LOVED the ...

„Beautiful condo, very clean and every detail was thought of. Great location that was close to everything. Quick walk to town for amazing dinners and great shopping and it easy to get to the gondola. Wish the snow pack was better this year, but this will give us a reason to come back again soon and would re-book this condo without hesitation. “
