The Space
This thoughtfully laid-out condo offers comfortable indoor living paired with beautiful outdoor views of the back bay. The open living and dining area is bright and inviting, creating a relaxing space to unwind after a day at the beach or on the water. Sliding doors lead directly to one of two private balconies, allowing natural light to fill the space and offering peaceful bay views.
The condo features two private balconies, one located off the main living area and another off the primary bedroom. Both overlook scenic back bay views and provide the perfect spot for morning coffee, evening sunsets, or quiet moments enjoying the coastal surroundings.
The kitchen is fully equipped for extended stays and includes everything needed to prepare meals at home. Whether you’re cooking daily or just enjoying a casual breakfast before heading out, the layout makes it easy to settle in comfortably.

Sleeping & Bathrooms
The primary bedroom offers a comfortable retreat with direct access to its own private balcony overlooking the bay. A washer and dryer are conveniently located in a closet just off this balcony, making laundry easy during longer stays. The primary suite includes a private bathroom, while the second bedroom is well-appointed and located near the second full bathroom—ideal for guests or visiting family.
