I especially appreciate the clean heated pool, the well-stocked kitchen, the comfortable bed, etc. The host was responsive and easy to communicate with, making check-in and check-out a breeze. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay in Cape coral.“

„A spacious and well-kept villa, equipped with everything, with a very nice, clean pool, which was also looked after from time to time. Everything was very tidy, the beds were very comfortable and there was enough bath and pool linen. A comfortable, luxurious place to stay, even for a longer period of time. „We traveled from out of state to visit grandparents in FL. This place provided a great space for my kids and I to overnight at after family day trip outings. The host was very responsive and the home was clean, although an older building. Neighborhood was quiet at night, with the backyard being next to a golf course. „This pet friendly property was amazing for our family that included 2 couples and 5 children. Our younger children (7-12) enjoyed the pool and fishing off the dock all morning, afternoon and night. "Alles war super soweit. Das einzige kleine Manko war, dass unser Zimmer direkt bei einer Straßenleuchte war und nicht ganz abgedunkelt werden konnte. Das ist vermutlich nicht bei allen Zimmern so. Ansonsten war alles ohne zu bemängeln. Zimmer war sauber und groß. "

"Auch der 4. Aufenthalt um Pink Shell innerhalb von 17 Jahren war wieder ein Traum. Die Aussicht aus den Zimmern (1Bedroom White Sand Villa) direkt auf den Golf von Mexico (oder America), der Traumstrand, das freundliche Personal, das tolle Frühstück die gepflegten Aussenanlagen, für uns einfach immer wieder ein Stück vom Paradies. Wir kommen wieder!"
