Relax with the whole family at this peaceful home oasis in the beautiful SW Florida. Private backyard with heated pool. Located near numerous shops and beaches. We have provided many extras to help make your vacation relaxing and fun. Beach chairs, folding wagon, pool toys, beach toys, stroller, etc.! We know what it's like to go on a vacation with kids (so many things to haul along). We have endeavored to make your vacation just a little easier by providing some of the items we like to have.

The Oasis Retreat is a serene and beautiful 3 bedroom, 2 bath home with a heated pool on a quarter acre located in southeast Cape Coral. Whether you are looking for a couple's escape, girls weekend getaway, family beach vacation, crafting retreat, or boys' poker night; you will have plenty of room to relax and unwind. Airy, light, beach inspired atmosphere with easy access to shopping, restaurants, beaches and attractions!

OUTDOOR:
-Spacious, fully fenced, private backyard. Plenty of grass to play catch, look for lizards, and bathe in the sun.
-Heated pool (approximately 3 feet in the shallow end and approx. 6'5" in the deeper end.)
-4 Lounge chairs on pool deck for catching some rays or comfortably watching the kids splashing in the pool.
-Propane grill for your BBQing pleasure. Enjoy some brats/burgers/kebabs pool side!
-Enjoy the Florida weather with outdoor picnics & quality bonding time by the pool on our comfortable patio furniture.
-Ample space for drying pool towels/swimsuits on the designated racks.

LIVING AREAS:
2 spacious living rooms in this wonderful home.

The "front living room" greets you as you walk into the home with luxuriously soft furniture and aesthetically pleasing decor. You can chit chat about old times or grab a board game and create some new memories.

The "back living room" has a large couch perfect for gathering the whole crew, getting cozy and having a movie night! The 55" smart TV allows you to sign into your own streaming platforms or you can choose from one of our provided movies.

KITCHEN:
New kitchen appliances make cooking a dream. The oven offers convection and air fry capabilities. The kitchen is stocked with all the cooking essentials: pots/pans/spatulas/etc.

The dining table seats 6 and the counter peninsula seats 2. Perfect for creating memories together with a shared meal.

BEDS and Baths:

Owners Suite (Bedroom 1): The spacious master bedroom features an adjustable base split king airbed. Choose your desired bed density (firm/soft/somewhere in between) with the airbed remote. Need to sleep with your head or feel elevated? No problem! The master ensuite has a spacious sink area for getting ready and a fully tiled shower to cool down after a day of fun in the sun.

Bedroom 2: Pool view room with 1 Full size bed and 1 Full size Futon.

Bedroom 3: Bunk room! Features twin over twin bunk bed with twin sized trundle bed. This room also has a full-sized bed! The 2 bean bags make a great spot to plop down and read book, play a game, play on your devices or just chill. We have provided a handful of children's books and toys in this room because we know it's hard to haul everything on vacation with you.

ADDITIONAL SPACES:

-The laundry is located in the garage for your use including washer, dryer, and detergent.
-Small seating area in garage for a little extra breathing room (We know large gatherings can be overwhelming sometimes. Introverts escape! ;) )
-Beach accessories/Pool toys located in garage for guests use!

ACCESSIBILITY:

-This is a 1 level home with 1 small step to enter the home at any entry point. The property is flat, no steps or steep slopes.

-We have provided many fun extras to make your vacation a breeze: various life jackets, pool noodles, diving toys, pool floating rings, foldable beach wagon, sand toys, sand free blanket, beach tent/shelter, beach chairs, bag chairs, coolers, yard games, boogie boards, kick boards, goggles, etc.

You will have full access to the home and grounds with the exception of one locked closet in the master bedroom that is used for storage.

Please note- this house is in a residential neighborhood. There will be zero tolerance for loud/disruptive guests. Any noise complaints from the neighbors and/or additional guests who are not on your reservation (without prior approval) may be grounds for your reservation to be immediately canceled. Refunds may/may not be paid based on cancellation policy.
