Paradise on Primo is located on the much-desired north end only steps to Times Square, beach, restaurants, shopping, and entertainment! Recently renovated, this 1800 sq. ft. vacation home is canal front, has a private pool, three bedrooms, two bathrooms sleeping up to 10 guests.

If you enjoy having it all, privacy yet walkable to everything the area has to offer, then this is the place for you! Located in the heart of Estero Island, you are just a few minutes' walk to the beach, Times Square, and Old San Carlos Blvd., where you can find water sport rentals, beach shops, and plenty of restaurants.

Our location is great for easy on and off access to the Island. Fort Myers, Bonita Springs and Naples are all modern cities with plenty of shopping, dining and sightseeing to experience. The South West International Airport in Fort Myers is close by for convenience as well.

Paradise on Primo offers everything needed for a fun-filled vacation with beach cart, beach chairs, beach toys, and cooler for a day at the beach. The pool, with its sun-tanning deck and large spa, has chaise loungers, Adirondack chairs, and pool toys for relaxation and play. The lower pool side lanai has a large dining table and comfy sofa sectional where you can sit, catch shade, and relax; also includes a gas grill and tiki toss for your enjoyment. Relax on the dock, watch the occasional boat passing by, or hope to catch a glimpse of a dolphin or manatee playing in the canal. Take a break in the upper screened-in lanai with plenty of seating options: small dining table, bar table with stools, and couch seating and gorgeous view of the sky bridge leading to the island! So many places to gather, relax, and enjoy your stay!

With three bedrooms all on the upper level; two King bedroom and one with Full bunk beds. The home has been updated with new furnishings, bedding and appliances. The well stocked kitchen has everything you need for your cooking and includes a blender and an electric griddle. Guests will find two bathrooms stocked with plenty of towels and includes the laundry area. Hotel style five star linens and towels complement our comfortable surrounds so you can unwind and relax in style.

Flat screen TVs and games are located throughout the house for additional entertainment, WIFI, streaming, and cable are available. Driveway parking for 2-3 cars is available. Boats welcome and a 40 foot dock is available for mooring.

Every attempt has been made to outfit Paradise on Primo with everything you may need for a carefree and enjoyable vacation.

Pet friendly restrictions and fees apply. Dogs are permitted up to 25 lbs and non-aggressive breeds only with pet fee paid in advance. Pets restricted to dogs only, no other pets allowed and penalties enforced. Excess cleaning charges may apply. Dogs must be leashed when outdoors, must be cleaned up after and can't be walked on anyone else's property.

A very nice home but our experience had a few hiccups

The house was what it appeared to be in the photos so no issues with it not meeting our expectations. It was clean, well maintained and nicely decorated. The overall experience, however, did have a few hiccups that caused the 3 star review, rather than a 5 star.1st: Would’ve loved to have known about the construction site next door. Hammering, drilling and sawing all day long!Couldn’t even enjoy a coffee on the porch. A heads-up wouldve let us decide if we really wanted to stay at that location right now.2nd: OWNERS AND THEIR FRIENDS CAME TO THE HOUSE SEVERAL TIMES! The first time they came it was in the middle of the day and it caught us off-guard. The owners just appeared in the backyard while we were swimming and eating lunch. They were both very nice, said that they were the owners and that they stopped by to see how things were going. They were looking around the pool/patio area and it was an uncomfortable situation for us, sitting there in our bathing suits as the owners were just looking around at our mess.Another day, we came home to a BMW parked in the driveway, taking up the parking spot my husband had been using all week. We weren’t able to park his car in the driveway and had no idea who’s car it was. Eventually, the owners of the house came walking up, got in the car and drove it away. Later that same day, a man knocked on the door, said he was the owners friend and that he would be in the garage showing yet another man a jeep that was being stored there.

Very clean, well appointed and great location!

The description of the space is very accurate and it had everything we needed! The “garage” space was so nice with the extra bathroom, full size refrigerator/freezer and everything we needed for the beach. Very spacious and comfortable. We would definitely book again!

Nice time

We had a rocky start with pool cleanliness but that was quickly resolved by the property mgmt company. The home was well outfitted with kitchen accessories, towels, pool floats, etc. Nice and close to restaurants. We had a great time overall.

Perfect location

Property is as listed. Everything is within walking distance. Nice to have the pool and especially the hot tub if the weather isn't cooperating. Ongoing construction on the island as they continue to rebuild.

The property was okay for a rental. A paint job on the doors and baseboards would be a major improvement. Maybe a good scrub would help on the doors. They just give the place kind of a dirty feel. The pool was nice. All was a good experience.

Super location

The entire place was immaculate. Loved all the space, the screened in porch off the main floor, & the huge lanai so well furnished. Everyone spent a good amount of time in the pool & jacuzzi. The dock by the pool was a big plus. We only had to walk about a block to the beach & the downtown area. We'll definitely stay here again.

Early Summer Vacation

There were just 3 of us for the week and it was total paradise. The pool area is the absolute best. Plenty of sun and shade too. We walked and rode bikes to the beach multiple times a day. We always rent bikes on vacation so it was fantastic that they were included. We biked down to Bowditch Park and thought about taking them on the Bus/Trolly down to Loves Key but did not get to it. Will put that on the agenda for next year. The kitchen had everything and plenty of it. Great TVs - watch the Celtics win the semi finals.Comfortable beds. Lots of towels and bedding. Had dinner at Junkanoos and Nervous Nellies both on the water and really good. Could not ask for a better vacation spot. Looking forward to going back!

Fun and sun in FMB

Property is beautiful. We spent most of mornings/early afternoon in the outside entertainment area. Great location, short walk to the beach sunsets, restaurants and shops. Well-equipped with everything we needed for a day at the beach, a ride down the strip and a relaxing day at the pool. Great experience!

Perfect Vacation Spot

It was a wonderful stay! Just a block or so away from the beach. We had 7 guests in our party and there was more than enough space to sleep and hang out without being crowded. We rented a boat from a company just around the corner (Sea and Sun Boat Rentals) and being so close made it so easy, we were able to pull up to the dock and load/unload the boat before it was returned. Overall would recommend to anyone looking in this area!

Great location and space

The proximity to the beach was great. We also loved all of the bikes, chairs, fishing gear in the garage that made everything so easy. The pool was nice and the house had more than enough space for our family of 4. The only downsides were that the sheets were a little rough and there was no HDMI cord for the tv in the primary bedroom. We happened to have brought one for my son's video games, so we made it work. These two minor inconveniences were not enough for us to drop the review any stars. The property management company made everything easy and we recommend the property.
