They all work hard to accomodate as best they can The administration however does not truly assure the safety and well being of their guests. My biggest critique is for the lack of care of the largest gathering place = The Pool. There are patches of tiles throughout the entire pool with black mold, which is a health concern, not to mention that in that same area, there is one large area ...

„We did not realize at flamingos we only got access to half the resort & our sides beachfront restaurant was closed for renovation. But we upgraded and switched to the La estancia side to get full access to the amenities. But then our room was bare bones. We had no water or drinks (like we had in other room) but we had one broken coffee pod . Even when we told front desk they stalked the fridge which was nice, but no coffee. It was just odd and considering during the day the only coffee available ...
