„I live in a nearby town and was hosting thanksgiving for 30 people. I needed a nice place for my mom, siblings and nieces to stay and this was perfect. Very comfortable rooms, bright, clean and big kitchen/dining/living room. Super close to the boardwalk for day-after thanksgiving excessive. Owner was extremely helpful, arranged to accommodate wary checkin and exceedingly commutative Would def recommend.“

The host reached out to me after booking, to ensure the accommodation would be a good fit, and her communication before and throughout the stay was top-notch. „Santo's cottage is cute, close to the water and has everything you could need in it. My stay was short in that I was only there for a night but Santo is a great communicator and made my stay easy. To top it off Meow is the cat's MEOW!!! I will be back next year to get some fly fishing in. Thank you!!“

„The entire state was amazing and everything was literally perfect. However, the home had some areas where things were either broken or a little dirty in spots. Overall though, the entire place was huge! Definitely bigger than the online listing. The backyard was beautiful. The photos on the listing are also a little old because the home had a lot of updates and modifications. Like I said, though it just could’ve been cleaned a bit better and fixed in some areas so that people wouldn’t be afraid ...

„This was our second stay at this charming cottage, perfect mix of colonial feel and modern amenities. Plenty of space for us and our dog. Everything we needed was included. Location is close to village and beach. “

„We got to the house and it was a lovely house, in a great location. The garbage outside had meat and other garbage not in bags. The storm door was broken which we fixed ourselves, the floor was full of sand, the air conditioner in the kitchen didnt blow cold air and the fan in the ktchen didnt work either, the remote was nowhere to be found. I think some of our money should be refunded.“

„Our family of 7 adults Visited Long Island for a family wedding. This VRBO was equipped with everything we needed, beds were comfortable, and it was exceptionally clean with lovely decor. Owner Kerry responded very quickly to inquiries. Location was ideal for travel between family events in Islip and at the nearby Three Village Inn in Stony Brook. It was a short drive to the Stony Brook hotel where other family members were staying. Highly recommend this VRBO! “
