„My husband, son and I stayed there for a lacrosse tournament at Stony Brook. The apt. was very clean and perfect for 2-3 people. The AC is run by the main house and when it got a little warm the first day I reached out to Stu and he and his wife quickly lowered the temp for us and it was perfect. Cute neighborhood-we visited Stony Brook village, Port Jeff and Sunken Meadow Park in our off time. Last year we stayed in Patchogue which was nice but we enjoyed the North Shore this year. „We had a wonderful four days! It was a visit back home to where we had lived for over 40 years! We had a lovely time and our house was extremely responsive and very, very helpful with any questions that we had would stay again“

„a little hard to find: hint, look for the address on the garbage cans, because the addresses get a bit wonky further down the block, but this is a lovely spot on the north shore if all you're looking for is a clean bed on a quiet street, and the two bedrooms are so much better for friends or families than would be two rooms in the hotel by the highway -- oh, and there's a nice bagel place just north of the Starbucks on the corner of 25A“

„Wonderful host, great location, very clean and everything was well appointed. The host thought of everything we could possibly ever want and then some. Communication with the host was always fast and polite. Will definitely stay there again and highly recommend.“

Easy to find, lots of parking, and a clean and well-maintained two-bedroom apartment.Thank you to the host for making us feel welcome. „The room was a lot more spacious than I anticipated and everything was very clean. There was some music playing upstairs but it was quiet by nighttime. Check in and check out was very straightforward. Turning into the driveway was a bit difficult when the highway was crowded but was otherwise easy to find “

„So glad we found this listing! It was perfect for a long weekend for a wedding at Oheka Castle. The deck overlooking the owner’s backyard and gardens was so beautiful and peaceful. The property sits back from the road and up a driveway which makes it even more private and quiet. We were able to make a short drive to great local towns for dining,(shopping if you want) and beaches and a boardwalk.We highly recommend this property.“

„Conveniently located near Molloy University. I LOVED every aspect of this cute studio apartment! Light sleepers be warned - it's on a busy road, so bring good earplugs. Luckily I'm a deep sleeper and the traffic sounds are quite soothing to me! I will definitely stay again in the future.“

„Martin was amazing, I had told him we were celebrating my wife’s birthday, he had a gift bag waiting for her! We were so close to everything we had planned to see! Apartment was very cosy.“

„The apartment is right in town. But you do not have any noise from the town as Westhampton Beach Main Street is very busy in the summer. The place had all the amenities that was needed a nice deck outside. Parking in the back assigned for the apartment. I will definitely book this again for my next trip. “
