„This is my familys second time staying at Lisa's property. Each time the cabin has been clean, well stocked, and no issues whatsoever. Lisa is very easy to communicate with and the property itself is special. From the relaxation under the canopy of trees, to the pool and creek access, there is plenty for a family to do. We look forward to our next annual trip!“

„Cutest little house in the woods. We enjoyed the hot tub under the stars, and the very comfortable bed. It was quiet and relaxing in this home, and it was so nice to have the essentials provided (like coffee, sugar, creamer, garbage bags, paper towels, detergent). Very close to the brewery, and to the center of town. “

„My boyfriend and I enjoyed this property a lot. It was clean and had great amenities. I wasn’t used to the ease at which the bugs got in (this is not the owners fault, just part of being in the woods) and the stone steps from the driveway to the actual steps are not optimal, in my opinion. If someone needs a walker or has a wheelchair I do not think I would select this property for that reason alone. The steps upstairs to the loft also made us nervous (boyfriend is a bodybuilder, getting 250 ...

„We stayed at Perched in the Trees to celebrate our anniversary. It was perfect! Such a lovely retreat that feels so far away and secluded, but is close to great food and attractions. We were especially impressed with our takeout dinner (the crab cakes were delicious!) from Jimmy Joy’s, which we enjoyed eating on the screened porch. „Great home and location. Back deck could use a few more umbrellas. During our stay an additional umbrella was requested and brought over very quickly. Great service. On our last day (Tuesday), there was a lot of construction noise coming from the brewery. Not sure what was going on, but it eventually stopped. Would definitely come back again. My parents loved their 60 th Anniversary celebration.“

„This place is peaceful and secluded the bed was comfortable and the air conditioner kept it comfortable you have everything you need to heat up food or keep it cold the view of the river is great and we enjoyed setting on the porch and watching the river and deers that walk right through the yard! The only things I may would change is the chairs on the porch. There is a fire pit also across the road but unfortunately we didn’t get to use it because of rain. “

„Perfect place to stay if you love sitting outside and listening to nature. The propert was clean and comfortable. Easy distance to travel to Gettysburg or DC (we did both.) Overall, as a family of 4, we would love to return if we ever make it back this direction. “
