„The trip to our favorite location , Santa Cruz , was AWSOME . The weather was perfect, the location of the home , perfect . One huge setback was Construction at each house on either side of this house. We arrived on Friday afternoon to construction trucks on both sides of the driveway with considerable construction noise. It’s not the homeowners fault BUT a HEADS-UP would of been very appreciative !! The pictures make the inside of the home look much bigger but it did fit our family needs. “ THE ...

„Everything was perfect, we loved the apartment and the surrounding. The long sandy beach is one minute away and very clean, no waste at all. The communication with the owner was very good and quick. If California wasn't so far away from Germany we certainly would come again. Thank you very much!“

„Although this property is a very small condo bedrooms right next to each other not good for couples. It’s great for families. Everything you need is there and you really are right in front of the ocean. The neighbors were friendly a few simple restaurants in walking distance and the whales were amazing. Parking can be a little rough, but I would definitely come to this property again it’s not the most inexpensive, but it’s definitely worth it.“

„We love this house. It is 1/2 block from the beach with lots of places to walk to. Tide pools are at the end of 16th Ave. We all go our seperate ways during the day, but come together for dinner. Plenty of room for all of us to eat together. However, we noticed the smoke detectors were missimg upstairs. Looking forward to renting again next year. “

„My family and I had a great stay. We've stayed at the Seascape several times but the location of this condo is the best. I wasn't expecting the whales to put on a show but they certainly did and we soaked it all in. The mattress in the master bedroom was a bit firm for my liking but not bad enough to make me not go back. The house was fully loaded and the balconies are a definite plus. I promise you can't go wrong by staying here.“

„I have stayed at this property in past years before it was listed with Vrbo! It’s located close to most of my hangs when I come to Santa Cruz and Capitola! Very Quiet, and clean, with plenty of room! I had trouble with the main Tv set and the upstairs set! Neither had the right controls until I notified the property manager! A TV expert was sent over to find the correct controls.I plan on coming back to A front row seat again soon! Thanks!“

„The house location is perfect, it is close to downtown and the boardwalk. It will be even better when the closed for reconstruction road will be open and a neighbor's house renovating will be finished. Unfortunately, the Mexican construction workers turned their radio very loudly during the day time and did not respect the neiborhood quitness and dignity. Also, the house is more for pet owners. Probably, the outdated living room furniture stays there for that reason. “
