„The trip to our favorite location , Santa Cruz , was AWSOME . The weather was perfect, the location of the home , perfect . One huge setback was Construction at each house on either side of this house. We arrived on Friday afternoon to construction trucks on both sides of the driveway with considerable construction noise. It’s not the homeowners fault BUT a HEADS-UP would of been very appreciative !! The pictures make the inside of the home look much bigger but it did fit our family needs. “ THE ...

„We've stayed in at least 8 or 9 places in the Santa Cruz area, and this might have been our favorite. It's spacious and well-furnished. The hot tub is excellent. Plenty of room for a family with two teenagers and a small dog. Easy 10-min walk to Capitola Village, 10 mins the other way to Verve and a bunch of surf shops, 14-min drive to downtown Santa Cruz. Hosts were easily reachable via text. Would definitely consider staying here again.“

„We love this house. It is 1/2 block from the beach with lots of places to walk to. Tide pools are at the end of 16th Ave. We all go our seperate ways during the day, but come together for dinner. Plenty of room for all of us to eat together. However, we noticed the smoke detectors were missimg upstairs. Looking forward to renting again next year. “

„Our family of nine, adult kids and grandkids, stayed for a week. The home and location was perfect! Everything needed for the beach was provided; towels, boogies boards, wagon, chairs, etc. The kitchen was great and had everything you needed and the living area was very comfortable. The two car garage with openers was a definite plus. Hope to stay there again!“

„This house had great accommodations for our party of six. We really enjoyed the open living room and kitchen area, and especially the pool table. The deck was also very nice and had sun on it all day. Short walk to beach and boardwalk, cute neighborhood with quaint beach houses, short walk to convenience store, coffee shop, food, and local bars. Would stay here again.“

„Nice house in a good location close to the beach and harbor. It had everything we needed and we appreciated our dogs were welcome. “

„I have stayed at this property in past years before it was listed with Vrbo! It’s located close to most of my hangs when I come to Santa Cruz and Capitola! Very Quiet, and clean, with plenty of room! I had trouble with the main Tv set and the upstairs set! Neither had the right controls until I notified the property manager! A TV expert was sent over to find the correct controls.I plan on coming back to A front row seat again soon! Thanks!“

„The house location is perfect, it is close to downtown and the boardwalk. It will be even better when the closed for reconstruction road will be open and a neighbor's house renovating will be finished. Unfortunately, the Mexican construction workers turned their radio very loudly during the day time and did not respect the neiborhood quitness and dignity. Also, the house is more for pet owners. Probably, the outdated living room furniture stays there for that reason. “

„The house was great for our family. We appreciated the large, clean well-appointed rooms and your thoughtful hospitality. Not having a closet or a place to hang our clothes in the master was not ok though. There may be a leak. While my husband was sitting at the dining table, a little bit of water came through the ceiling. We think it might be the master toilet. Anyway, we left a plastic storage container directly under the leak. Thank you very much. You have a beautiful home. “
