„We really enjoyed our stay in Santa Cruz in this cozy little cottage. No bells and whistles here, but it was just enough and what we needed for a great stay. We celebrated my daughter's 13th birthday with a little girls trip and we loved being in the center between Capitola and Santa Cruz. There was a Starbucks and a beach within a super quick walk - what else can you ask for?Jeanne, the property manager, was easy to communicate with and very fast in her responses. „Check in was the easy and zero hassle. The home is as pictured. It’s most comfortable and absolutely delightful. Its charm is like a story book. There were puzzles, a few games and BOOKS! The home is well equipped with everything you need. The location is beyond perfect to the beach, the wharf, and the boardwalk. There are so many cute shops nearby. The communication is beyond the amazing. We had the best time to celebrate my daughter’s 15th birthday. We will happily stay again!. “

„How can spending a night among the Redwoods, with a babbling brook to serenade you, not be enchanting? Beds are firm, not great for side sleepers and I am not a fan of their pillows. But all in all, a wonderful time!“

„A wonderful apartment with everything you need during a stay - actually even more. Plus the magnificent view of the Pacific Ocean with a roaring background. And not forgetting the hummingbirds on the balcony. Perfect for exploring Monterey and Big Sur. And as our route took us further south and Highway 1 was unfortunately still closed - perfect.“

„Had a great stay here. The checkin process was a little different. Was suppose to get the code for the front door sent to me via email but had to wait outside while I contacted the host for the code, but they responded pretty quick so it wasn't too much of a hassel. Property was very nice. Great views and close enough to the places we wanted to go to. Room was nice, clean, and bed was pretty comfortable. Overall had a great stay.“

„Loved the location of this property. It was walking distance to the beach, shopping, and dining. We had plenty of room for five adults. Shower was very tiny. Had a hard time getting hair wet it was so short. A downfall was that no linens are provided, but works out ok, just don’t forget. Would love to stay here again!!“
