The house had many amazing features, pool side tv's swim up bar and that's just the outside. The inside was roomy and comfortable and plenty of fun inside with a great kitchen area for all our meals. „The cottage is perfect for two people. My husband and I enjoyed are stay. Very private and perfect for a quick get away to attend a wedding. The back yard was well kept and we saw rabbits and birds in the morning. Very charming. One tip for the ladies, the bathroom area is not lit very well. Not the greatest to get ready and apply make up. However, there is a cute desk in front of a window with a lamp that was perfect lighting to apply make up. Aside from that it was simple and charming. „WE LIVE IN MANTECA AND FIND THAT THIS 20 MINUTE VACATION BUNGALOW IS GREAT FOR US. 85 AND 81. JUST RELAXED. WE USE TO HAVE A BOAT AND THIS IS HOW WE FOUND THIS GREAT PLACE. MY HUSBAND ENJOYS THE WATER VERY MUCH. HAVE RESERVATIONS FOR LABOR DAY CAN HARDLY WAIT.“

„We had a great time at our Friendcation at the Ranch this year! The hospitality was second to none, with constant communication and assistance when issues arrived (broken dryer, meant daily laundry service until they could replace it). It’s a ranch so critters are too be expected but it was handled with professionalism and timeliness. So much space for our group to spread out, pool was wonderful, and hot tub too! We plan on coming back year after year as our tradition home! “
