„We vacationed with our children and their families. The house was very clean and met all of our needs. You need to bring most of your food, as the only grocery is a small IGA market and a Dollar General. The local gift shop was awesome offering a coffee bar and baked goods along with souvenirs. The area is pretty secluded but very close to Snowshoe Mountain resort where we got day passes for swimming. Also, the historical town of Cass featured train rides and little shops. „This house was such a phenomenal place to stay, the views from the decks were immaculate and magical. The beds were very comfortable and the large kitchen was nice to have so we could cook some of nights we didn't go out to the village, which was only a few minutes away. I highly recommend staying at Whispering Woods and would love to do so again“

„Loved where it was located … could walk to restaurants coffee shops etc , also was very convenient that we only had to pack our clothes and buy some groceries everything else was provided !!! Great stay will definitely rent again for our next visit !!!! “

„Check in was a breeze, host is quick to respond. The unit was very comfortable, well equipped, SUPER CLEAN, great options of lighting in living room and bedroom, . Bed was extremely comfortable for my taste, plenty of towels and blankets/pillows. This was a fantastic choice for my needs, the fire place was a nice extra touch that I definitely enjoyed. “

„The house, furniture and appliances were in great condition. All beds were very comfortable. Plenty of good firewood to burn. Beautiful view across the mountains from the spacious hot tub. Plenty of room for our two families of four. The free shuttle would pick us up at the bottom of the driveway within minutes of calling them. The host was so easy to communicate with, helpful and very nice. Definitely staying here from now on.“

„Such a sweet small town and this rental is a great location because it’s just a few blocks from restaurants, the river, and the rail trail but far enough that there isn’t much traffic! The home is fully stocked with everything you need (they seriously thought of everything!) The host was super easy to chat with about local suggestions and questions about our planning before arriving! The house doesn’t have AC but fans are provided for each room which was helpful! We even brought a couple more ...

„The cabin is amazing! Had a fire going the whole weekend and went in the hot tub every night. Only problem was parking can be sketchy. The driveway is steep/angled and was fully iced over during our stay. Still totally worth it.“
