I am a traveler who looks for a clean place to sleep and shower; the frills don't matter. This fits the bill for someone who would rather spend their money on other things than frills in a room they will sleep in and be gone from in 12 hours. In cities, cheap hotels attract an element to stay away from, but that type is not touring the back roads of West Virginia.“

„The room was clean. BUT it took an act of congress to get into the room. I received NO INSTRUCTIONS on how or where to check in. I did a virtual check in, which supposedly gives you this Bluetooth connection to unlock your room door. This worked 25% of the time. It once took me 30 minutes to get into my room because it “could not locate the room.” That’s unacceptable. Finally, went to the other side of the village and was told by someone I could get a normal hotel key card from the service ...

„The room was a dated and basic furniture was uncomfortable. Dining options are limited to one restaurant and a coffee shop. There were 2 fire alarms on back-to-back nights and when we went to leave, the parking lot was not plowed “

„We liked it as it suited our basic needs for a bike trip on the Greenbriar. It’s a small cozy place. We made it work for us. Would have liked to know about the microwave ahead of time as the listing nor photos did not show it. We might have planned a few things differently knowing it was there. All in all good. No complaints “
