„I booked this cabin in preparation for a surprise trip to Grand Lake to propose to my girlfriend (now fiancé!) It was exactly what I had hoped for - tucked away and cozy, really had all the charm one desires in a little cabin getaway. Very clean, ample kitchen supplies for cooking dinner, and a wonderful wood burning stove to heat the place up on chilly nights. We also made a nice campfire in the fire pit out back. „Having a kitchen while visiting the mountains for an ice fishing trip is wonderful. We are able to save some money and spend it on activities around town. The road through the neighborhood, up to the cabin was well-maintained. Even getting 7 inches of snow overnight. It was cleared by midmorning the next day.. Grand Lake is a beautiful, quaint town with cute, ritzy shops and marvelous access to the great outdoors.“

„Wonderful location, with convenient access to the lake and many restaurants, bars, etc. My wife and I were able to go cross country skiing on frozen Grand Lake, which is just a few hundred feet away. Rental is very clean and modern throughout. The owner, Erick, is very kind and a good communicator. We had a great time and hope to return again soon!“

We particularly liked the location, which was both a close drive to winter park resort for skiing and within a short walk to the Frazier river trail for snowshoeing.
