„This property worked well for our family of 5 for our 4th of July weekend in Grand Lake. The inside was clean and set up thoughtfully, with comfortable beds and a well stocked kitchen. I wish I knew in advance that it's not a particularly scenic spot, situated on a residential dirt road where many of the properties are filled with trailers and stored boats and dumpsters. „We enjoyed our stay at this property. My husband and I went with our children, our best friends and their children. We had 4 adults and 7 children. „This house was one of the best houses we’ve ever stayed at. We have a baby who is crawling and the house was so clean we felt comfortable letting her crawl around. It was also the most stocked house we’ve stayed at, with spices, toiletries, laundry detergent etc. which just made it feel like we didn’t really have to pack so much! The view was phenomenal, the pictures don’t really even show how beautiful it was. We would definitely stay here again if we are ever back in the Estes Park area! “
