„We had 16 adults and 7 children in our group. We stayed in March (our spring break). This lodge was so wonderful for our group!! More than adequate bedding, wonderful kitchen area!! The kids had a blast outside, sledding and building a snowman. The game room was also a real treat for the kids.We had the best time, and in modt part was due to this place!! „Trip of a lifetime for our family. We had the best time on the property viewing the immense wildlife that visited daily: moose, chipmunks, eagles, ducks, deer, geese, and all types of hummingbirds. The location was perfect especially the proximity to RMNP and Grand Lake Village.This trip could not have been half of what it was without the wonderful hosts, Kami and Tim. „Property was spacious and comfortable for our group of 7. It is one stop light from the resort. we had a non-skier in our group that did the drop-off and pick up daily which made it very convenient. You are probably 2 minutes by car from the resort and 8 minutes to the Safeway grocery store. Cabin was warm (not drafty / old) nice modern appliances. We fit a 4 dr Ranger pickup in the garage and a suburban in the driveway and it fit perfect. Host was responsive. Very easy house to settle ...

„Excellent place to stay during the summer! Only about 45 minutes from the Rocky Mountain National Park Grand Lake entrance and a little over an hour from Denver. „We had a great stay in the cabin for a long weekend summer trip celebrating father's day. Two couples slept very comfortably here - we each had our own level! "Es war schrecklich. Das Zimmer war dreckig und es hat unangenehm gerochen. Im Kühlschrank war eine vergammelte Pizza.

Check out war bis 10am die Rezeption ist aber nur von 11am bis 12 am besetzt."

"We had booked a studio with a kitchenette at the Vintage Hotel. We were very satisfied overall and would come back, also because of the - at least in summer - pretty good price/performance ratio. The studio was very spacious, with an almost fully equipped small kitchen and a nice dining area for 4 people. Small problem: the stove exhaust is loud and powerful - and blows the exhaust air directly into the face of the cook standing in front of the two hotplates. We didn't use the dishwasher, which is also available, because there simply weren't enough dishes. The lighting in the room could be improved a lot. We liked using the floor lamp and carried it around the room - as far as we could, because the plug for the lamp was behind a cupboard and the cable was only a limited length.
The internet worked perfectly and the bathroom, especially the shower, was clean and inviting. Unfortunately, there was very little shower water - they exaggerate the cost-cutting here.
We were a bit unlucky with the location of our room 216 on the 2nd floor. Directly in front of the room is the whirlpool, which is loud and used extensively by the guests. This is particularly annoying because the rooms here do not have air conditioning and so we had to open the windows in warm weather - as far as possible, because since you can walk right in front of the windows, they could only be opened a little for safety reasons. So you should avoid getting a room with an even number on the 2nd floor if possible."
