Very clean, hosts quickly responded to our questions, and seemed to have thought of every detail to make our stay comfortable and special! Loved the led candles on the screen porch after dark, spacious living room/kitchen and master bedroom, just everything! We highly recommend a stay here!“

„This is the second time we’ve stayed at the boathouse and we have really enjoyed both times. The best part is the screened in back porch with a beautiful view of sunrises, perfect for enjoying coffee first thing in the morning. Only complaint we have is the TVs. The living room tv was difficult to operate and we couldn’t get the bedroom tv to work at all.“

We call it our campus cottage, as it has a wonderful cottage feel and it's an easy , quick 7 minute drive to FSU campus where our grandson was attending band camp. „Great place to stay and relax“

„I’m not saying this is a lush resort but it was ideal for us. We were in Tallahassee for the regional baseball tournament. Getting back and forth to the games was so easy. With 3 of the 4 of us being 6’ or taller we needed 2 king beds. I highly recommend this place for game weekends. “
