Welcome to Catch Point, a renovated 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home located at 7808 Lake Seminole Rd in Sneads, Florida. Completely renovated in 2020, this single-floor home is designed for relaxing lake getaways, fishing trips, family stays, and outdoor-focused vacations.

The home accommodates up to 6 guests and includes three comfortable bedrooms. The master bedroom features a king bed, 4 pillows, closet/dresser space, hangers, a ceiling fan, and a Hisense TV. The second bedroom, known as the bait and tackle room, includes a full bed, 4 pillows, closet/dresser space, a ceiling fan, and a Hisense TV. The third bedroom, known as the duck room, includes a queen bed, 4 pillows, closet space, hangers, a ceiling fan, and a TCL TV.

There are 2 full bathrooms, both with tub/shower combos. Liquid shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and hair dryers are provided.

The kitchen is fully equipped for preparing meals during your stay. It includes a refrigerator with built-in freezer, microwave, electric stove, electric oven, dishwasher, Black and Decker coffee pot, Keurig, blender, ice maker, plates, bowls, mugs, glassware, wine glasses, plastic cups, silverware, pots and pans, cutting boards, baking sheets, knives, and a wide selection of cooking utensils.
