„Two couples on our 70's stayed for two nights in June. Communication was great, .with Diana andwering all of our detailed questions. Checkin was easy. The facility and setting was as described: clean, very well supplied and charming. Our favorite feature was the shaded patio overlooking the Shell Rock river. The deck above was not as impressive. „We stayed here June 2-6, 2025 during our kids' sports competition. The house has everything you need for your stay. It was very clean and tidy when we arrived. The backyard by the river is awesome for relaxing and grilling after a long day at the field. The kids loved the game room upstairs to unwind. The upstairs rooms had portable ac units in each room so you could set the temp to your preference. Plenty of room for our family of 4 one teenager and one almost teenager. Could easily ...

„This property is ideal in that it is clean and safe and so close to downtown, however the dryer was broken and I didn't find that out until I had two loads of wet clothes, so that was a negative. Overall though I will be returning because it is such a cozy, clean, and updated spot. The gated parking is a clear pro.“
