It is in an excellent location close to shopping, dining and family activities like the waterpark and amusement park. The basement game room and hot tub were very popular with the grandchildren. We would happily come back again!“

„The property was very nice and clean. Lots of space. Kitchen was well stocked for cooking utensils and dishes. There were 9 adults in our group and never felt crowed. Would definitely choose the home again if we are back in the area for something. Quiet neighborhood and centrally located for anyone having events in the cedar valley area“

„This is a fantastic place for a family getaway! The house is great, well appointed, and very well kept. The view overlooking the Cedar River is mesmerizing with lots of wildlife and gorgeous sunsets. Cedar Falls is about five minutes away with lots of great shops and a variety of places to eat. “

„We had a wonderful day! It was a lovely March day in the 70s and we spent the afternoon outside on the picnic table watching the river and all the birds!! The house and the grounds are lovely. I’d highly recommend it to anyone.“

„This property is ideal in that it is clean and safe and so close to downtown, however the dryer was broken and I didn't find that out until I had two loads of wet clothes, so that was a negative. Overall though I will be returning because it is such a cozy, clean, and updated spot. The gated parking is a clear pro.“
