"Wish we could have stayed longer!"

"Disappointed about flat bike tires and no way to get kayak out of lake from dock. Pontoon wasn’t available but we were promised boat time on a return visit. Lovely home, well stocked and clean. Nicely furnished. Fire pit was lovely overlooking the lake. Screened in porch was greatly appreciated. We’d like to return to this location and be able to enjoy time on the water too."

"Great location for shopping and dining. Only complaint is the bed is to low for a 6’4” person to get out of easily."

"It was easy to get to, and easy to go to anywhere we wanted. Clean and tidy = hot tub was great. Good to sit on the deck and watch the lake & relax. Everything we wanted or needed for meals was there. Enjoyed our time there. It is a large place inside so maybe best for a group [it was just us] but wasn't a problem at all."

"The mill had a great atmosphere. We enjoyed the river, and the park next to the mill. The nice grill was a great benefit as well. The owners were very friendly and responsive."

Wish it would have been an option for us during our son’s undergrad program as we would have stayed here each time we came to visit these past four years. Location is ideal and the amenities are just as described. Thank you for helping us have a wonderful, memorable weekend with family!"

"We had a wonderful time with family (ages ranging from 11-80) at this gorgeous house! The pool was amazing and having turf right by it for yard games was great too. The house was clean and furnished beautifully The only con was that there is no access to the lake due to the steep hill. And even if you launch your boat, the lake is very shallow. Overall, a fabulous place to vacation!"

"The house was set up nicely. Well stocked with amenities (towels, dish washing items, bathroom needs - even new toothbrushes, which one of us needed). It was a thoughtful setup The location was also perfect. Four blocks from the heart of Cedar Falls, easy access to everything we needed. I'd stay here again the next time I'm in the area."

"There were 7 adult women, we loved the 4 season room with veiw of the river. Perfect place for esrly morning coffee... The house was very comfortable, layout is a little different, but we also loved the rec room for movie night."

"Very clean and everything we needed. Walk to a French bakery or a Cafe for breakfast and walk to a brewery or restaurant in the evening. You also have the Cedar River with in walking distance. You can hear the power plant that’s close by at night. It quickly becomes slight background noise."

"This home pretty much met all of our needs and was stocked with great supplies. Very spacious and incredible view of the Cedar River, which was serene and enchanting. It was nice to know the owners were nearby and very responsive. We will be frequent returnees as we have family there locally. We were very pleased overall with our stay and the lovelh accomodations."

"We love staying here...however we were disappointed with the bed this time. We reserved a King Suite with spa. The bed was NOT a king bed even though the description says it is. Would not have reserved this room had I known the size of the bed. Looked like a double...maybe was a queen sized. "
