"Perfect! The hotel is in a superb location, in the heart of Hanoi's old quarter. The place in clean and comfortable. An extra point goes to the staff. On the top of being all extremely kind and friendly people, they helped me to get around, find transportation to other cities, book trips, and even when I returned from a trip and the hotel was fully booked, they helped me to find another one. You can identify when people are just being genuinely kind, and that was the case. Last, there is a shower in the lobby on the floor, that they allowed me to use on the last day - super helpful if you check out and stay in the city until night, which was my case. Highly recommended."
