„A truly beautiful venue, in a glorious setting. My ground floor room was spacious and aesthetically pleasing apart from the shower which didn’t drain and lack of hot water even at no peak times. The reception team and restaurant staff were very customer focused and professional. Unfortunately the spa team (apart from Kieran) could do with an attitude adjustment. It’s clear there is tension amongst themselves which shouldn’t be obvious to clients. “
